Summit (Bend, Ore.) High coach Dave Turnbull joins DyeStat's Doug Binder to discuss the comeback of the Oregon Relays, which will be the first opportunity for high school athletes in the state to compete for their schools at the new Hayward Field. Summit was a cornerstone program at the meet from 2004 to 2018 at the old Hayward Field and Turnbull reflects on what it means for current students to return this week after a four-year break in continuity.
